Well today was saturday..tomorrow sunday..and monday the class start~

means the term exam start....haha

well about the body building competition....i decide...to go there and watch but not in the match for sure..cause i was skinny and my lines are not good enough....the size of me was enough i think..i just need to train more harder about the lines...well that's hard...i wanna train hard like those trainer...i wanna be like them....haha

when i get back to fitness first hahaha those trainer...haha i don't think they are good enough haha....well...i'll beat them down...haha that's my target hahaha

beat them down doesn't mean fight..i mean...the shape will get win~~ hahaha so i was keep going gym like crazy...hahaha

Should i go for the body-building competition?

well today was a normal day that i went gym...after gym starbucks get myself a Dark Mocha...and than Bread store...hahaha

after that i came back home...search about the body-building competition.....details...guess what i cant search it....hahaha

well i was considering should i join the competition? if like that i'll be more tired...cause i got myself things to do like...my research and next monday term exam coming....presentation...

wow...a bunch of things to do... hahaha well i hope i can train myself become more stronger and the liner more good looking...haha

and...i wish the time can give me more...than i can train and do my things after class.....

well i slept at 11:00pm woke up at 3:30am...than get on the car and go for the mountain.....

when we reach there....was 5:30am

someone was vomit because the road is too exciting...haha but not me...and it took few min's to clean up haha.....and...we are freaking cool!!! we saw snow.....and

When the sunrise...i really hope that someone was here with me....we can watch the sunrise together....i know the weather was cold...she will keep shaking like a vibrate machine...haha i guess....YES!! she will she was a person who scare the cold...and me....er...not really think that's a problem in my lifestyle...i like winter haha summer was hot like desert!! Wow....actually in malaysia i'll try my best to keep my skin off the sun...light...and i don't like the sun burn~~ it's hurt and pain also....that's what im gonna do when im back...first places can skip the sun is..HOME!! stay inside until 5:00pm only go out for sport....

or shopping mall...air-conditional and window shopping...haha the most important things is...i hope she with me on the time.... hahaha ~

on the mountain...the weather was 1'C wow...cold leh..i cant even move my finger on the time...hahahaha but it was nice!!

MOnday....holidays...

well this is it..rossi crash on stoner...and get stuck....well today was a holidays....and i was woke up at 1:30 today...wow...what a good record haha well i seldom sleep till 1:30pm it's freaking late to me...i woke up around 10am every morning....if school time it's 8am.....as usual....

well~ what a day... woke up by 1:00pm kena said im a unhealthy because i wake up late....haha

and i miss someone badly ....after that my dear call me on skype we chat awhile but not much cause the interest suck!! potong Steam.... >.

i miss her sound badly but the internet speed was slow like hell i can't even clear what she said even a short sentence!! what the hell?? than we both off the cam...cause she need to do her homework which she need to pass up on tomorrow, and i was watching Season Of the Witch haha well the movie was So-So nothing special...

after the movie i went to GYM yup...GYM again...Train CHest and ABd ...the most....

after that i came back home....on the way home 蚊子大量攻擊騎士 walao e....those fucking mosquito stick on my bike and helmet again!!! dammit...come back and clean those off of my bike....

than i went out to buy my prepaid reload card....and what i saw is...外勞暴走路竹鄉i was like what the hell why so much 外勞they was all over the places like they are going to make the town up side down....well i hopefully wont la....cause i live here also....hahaha was kinda scary

you know the feels like malaysia when you get into a mini market and the entrance there was a bunch of 外勞when you came out they was keep staring at you like they wanna Rob you...

after i came back home....i bought myself a milo....and Vanilla coke...which i miss it few years....haha i been stop drinking soft drink about 9 month...well i break my record here...haha

than i start searching the live TV cause i don't want to miss my show again...the MOTO GP yes moto GP!! well finaly i found those live TV show...from the internet...and Wala~~~ i got it...and i was watching it....well rossi was great!!

the Stoner are very gentleman...which rossi crashed and effected stoner crashes too...after the race Rossi went to honda repsol to Apologize to Casey...and Casey said: No big Deal..and he ask Back Rossi are you okie? are your shoulder Hurt?? it's ok...your welcome!! What a nice man!!

and rossi should win this competition but unluckily he crash during the 2nd position.....

well today GP was nice to see...cause on GP class aot of bike crash...Ben Spies, Rossi, Simo , Stoner those great rider was crashed on this match cause the weather are bad...it's raining...

2nd day of Holiday

today was sat.....

well i woke up at 12:30pm haha cause last night slept at 3am....cause i watch the pirahna 3D!! so bloody lo...and the movie keep showing boobs also... =.=! wht the hell?

hahaha well after the gym go take a coffee and study my subject cause exam coming~~

but the problem is today was sat....fucking noisy inside the starbuck those people talk damn loud like pasar...walao e....so i just read my book for half hour than i go back home...

before home i bought 2 toast hahaha nice and cheap too...

April Fools

well today was April fools i decide to stay at home and rest...don't go any where...and no plan....for today GYM today?? erm..maybe...i think...

actually today dont feel like going work out...just feel lazy that's all...and this morning i was wake up at 11:30am...nice? haha it's been long time didn't sleep like this...and i ate my lunch too bread and cookies haha funny leh..i wanna keep my weight less....not 60.1kg...haha well My dear Hillary was driving crazy because of her internet...malaysia internet was suck! really suck...slow and sometime cant connect .....what a baliar internet....haha well im going to bed now...and don't want to think or do anythings right nw my head still pain...and i got A presentation to do later.....when the school start means exam coming...so i was thinking should i bring the book go GYM after work out go take a cup of dark mocha than read at there......haha i was still considering...but im lazy to get out now....well....tata need a nap....sleep until i feel cukup cukup haha~
