It was our first month anniversary. Can't believe the time pass that fast. My birthday already pass for a month. And we've technically been together for a month. Yay! 3rd day of gym

Today wake up at 11:00am

went out at 11:20am

visit doctor....untill 12:20pm

start gym on 12:40pm

untill 2:50pm two hour with non-stop

today work out Shoulder and Chest!!!

The 1st day in taiwan Gym room

I train frm 3:30 till 6:00pm today..freaking tired....but i didt feel any pain of my muscle..

means my work out set need to be increase than before lo....

Today i was train to play all the machine only...

tomorrow i'll train my chest part and my ABS this is the most....

Important to me i think...

than friday im gonna train my arm and my back....

5 times a week to work out!! i wish it will gain my muscle bigger~~ hehe XP i wish my baby will like it too haha

those are good news for u all the bad news is!! this fitness factory keep asking ppl to take the trainer course lo...keep tell me how good they are....hw much customer they got...alor...im nt a newbie la...i know how to train myself at all...
