Crazy GYM training!!

5 times a week!! 2 hours everytimes..... gosh!! am i crazy? No!!! i was not enough!! i want to gain my muscle size!!!

3 set on this machines i love this!! when i train my chest!! today was mess up my training step....i was keep asking the trainer and forget what should i train....i still got lot of question....but before i ask..i should train myself more harder.....until i meet a problem i'll go ask the trainer....well there was a trainer same age as me....young and strong!! his back muscle was nice....and he was very friendly also...he taught me alot of skill of training... i should train myself....more harder..until i feel my muscle size was grow....
well these few days...i was keep going gym like Crazy....cause i want my body back!! and i wanna train more harder....cause i wanna gain my muscle size since my weight cant grow up....than i think my body was burning my fat and keep growing the muscle...
and i saw my details my body fat was 8.2 Kg on the first day...but now i think the fat was less than that gua i think....
triceps training 21Kg wow.....
