Gym 4 hours today!! crazy!!



should be slowly!!

When gym at 10:30am start working out at 11am till 3:30pm gosh!! we was crazy!!
i was going with my classmate....and he asked me to go gym well Why not i already paid!!....3mins on cycling for warm up for 120rpm.... after that 2 set of 15Kg Situp (1 set for 50reps) than go to the machine train my back 6 machines today 4 set each move...(10 reps for 1 set) after that chest push... 7 set start from 70bls to the max was 160bls...means 72.5Kg (8~12 reps each set)
Biceps for 3 set 15Kg~20Kg triceps 3 set 22Kg~32Kg
and BAck pull!!! gosh the weight was killing me!! i cant even sit down!!! my weight are more lighter than the machine weight panel!! it was 38.6Kg my weigt only 58.8Kg
Back Pull!! 33.8Kg...
